our mission

to provide quality repairs with exceptional service

After my time in the service I sought out a new career that would make an impact in peoples lives. With the skills I gained and the love for the outdoors I transitioned into becoming an RV technician. Once I landed a job with a large service center I quickly realized the problems they entail. From long lead times to lost information these centers can often result in excessive time lost with your RV and high repair costs to follow. With the information, and a will to better serve RV owners around the Knoxville area, Recmen RV was created.

At Recmen RV we are proud to take up a new oath providing RV owners with repairs and customer service that is second to none. We utilize certified technicians to ensure your work is complete fast and efficient the first time. Its also important we can communicate our findings and clearly explain how and why an issue arises to help prevent it in the future. We believe strongly in sharing the knowledge we have to make owning an RV as stress free as possible.

Quality work is only half our mission. We take pride in creating the best possible experience for our customers. To make this possible we’ve adopted the Air-Force values and built our buisness on them. And those 3 core values are:

"Integrity First"

Honesty can be hard to find when someone has done wrong, but no lasting relationship can be built without trust, and we make no exception. We will always remain honest and accountable on the work we perform.

"Service Before Self"

We will always put our customers first above the interest of ourselves. With every decision we make, The customer is taken into account to ensure we do what is correct and not just whats easy.

"Excellence in all we do"

If we provide excellence in every interaction, every job, every time, we will be able to uphold our mission of positively impacting lives one RV at a time.

"To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity." -Don alden adams
